شلهزردSholeh ZARD - 藏BAPALY体育红花和玫瑰香水八宝粥是芳香可口的传统甜点,伊朗可以作出全年,这是我最喜欢的甜点之一。这个配方需要的时间和耐心去准备一点点,但它是非常值得的努力。

Sholeh ZARD - Saffron Rice & Rosewater Pudding

配料:
Serves 8

2杯白米
2 cups sugar (may be adjusted to your liking)
1茶匙藏红花溶解在热水中3汤匙BAPALY体育
1/2杯切片杏仁
1/2 cup rosewater
2汤匙黄油

Garnish:

2 tablespoons slivered almonds
2汤匙磨碎的开心果
1-2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

方法:
  1. Rinse the rice with cool water until the water becomes clear. Drain and place the rice in a large bowl, add 6 cups of water and soak the rice for 6-8 hours.
  2. 沥干洗净,浸泡大米,发生在一个大的厚底锅,加水12杯,带来温和的中火煮,减少热量,盖,留盖一点半开着,用小火煮40分钟或直到米饭是软的,水被充分吸收,用木勺偶尔搅拌。
  3. 添加糖,搅拌,直至完全溶解。
  4. Add the slivered almonds, stir well and add the butter.

  6. Add the rosewater, cover and cook for another 10-15 minutes over low heat.
倒入米饭布丁到一个大碗里或几个小的碗。装饰用肉桂,杏仁和开心果,让食用前冷却至少一小时。
